This is not the first time I have used Complete Flooring. The first time I used the team to laid down butter oak hardwood floors. This time another crew came and refinished the other part of my house (my hallway, 3 bedrooms to include the closets). I was told that we could not be present in the house while they were working, so I scheduled the work to be April 8-12 at which time my husband and myself were out of town. Three days before Daniel came to my house and we discussed exactly what he needed me to do. I asked him if he would put the funiture back in the same place. They not only did that be they took my clothes out to the closets so they dust would not get on them. I had a bed that had 2 legs that needed to be put back on the bed. Daniel and his crew fixed my bed so now all the legs are together. I had not stopped the mail, so I called Daniel and asked if he would take in my mail. I also asked it he would bring the trash can up to the house and he did both things. When we retuned the furniture was in it’s proper place and there was no dust on the furniture. I was very much pleased. The floors were done beautifully with the same stain as the other part of my house. I would recommend Complete Flooring to anyone. The job that was quoted was what they charged. I would definiately use them again.Nancy B.
Complete Flooring recently completed some work for me. I had a new home and someone used Orange Glo to clean my prefinished hardwood floors. This left a waxy, milky film on my brand new floors. I tried everything to remove the film, but nothing worked. John at Complete Flooring researched the chemicals in the Orange Glo and came up with a mixture that took off the film off. My floors are restored to their original finish! Complete Flooring was responsive, reasonable, and dependable. I am very pleased with the work they did for me and would highly recommend them for anything relating to hardwood flooring.Lisa W.

I had a small bonus room to be done but they treated me like I was spending a massivive amount of money!! they did a wonderful job, and even carried my new home theater seats uo the stairs for me, I was dreading doing that!! A very outstanding job from start to finish. We had hardwood under carpet and dogs had marked some parts very well. These parts we replaced and finished with the rest of the flooring and you couldn’t tell one from the other unless you knew exactly where to look. We are more than pleased with the whole process as they kept us informed throughout, even asking if the furniture was in the right spot more than once, when placing it back.
